Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only. We use reliable UK carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or similar). Delays can happen due to weather, high demand, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses—we're not responsible for those.

Tracking You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly on the carrier's site.

Address & Delivery Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We deliver to residential and business addresses in the UK mainland (no PO Boxes for some carriers). We can't redirect or change addresses after shipping.

Customs / Duties Not applicable—we only ship within the UK.
