We want you to love your Infamous gear. If something doesn't work out, here's our simple refund policy.

Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, like wrong item or damaged on arrival).

  • Return shipping is usually on you—unless it's our mistake (then we'll cover it or reimburse reasonable costs).

How Refunds Work Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.

  • It may take a few extra days for your bank/credit card to show the credit.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size, color, or style (if in stock). Contact us first to check availability. Exchanges follow the same condition rules as returns.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Custom-printed or personalized items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimates (for hygiene reasons)

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items (unless defect from us)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If you receive something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.

How to Return Email us at returns@infamousclothings.com with your order number to get return instructions and label (if applicable). Ship to the address we provide.
